Here is how it works:
Direct-Hire Placements
Our direct-hire placements come with a ninety-day guarantee. If, during the first
90 calendar days of employment the candidate resigns or is terminated, YMSPeople
will refund the prorated amount of the fee based on the actual number of calendar
days worked by the candidate.
Contract Placements (Temporary Assignments)
Our contract professionals come with a forty-hour guarantee. If, during the first
40 hours of work the contract professional fails to meet your expectations, YMSPeople
will not bill for the hours worked and we will find another qualified contract professional
to fulfill the contract.
